Update 0.4.1

Update: Post jam version 0.4.1 - now with collisions, better shading and enemies. :-)

Still the area is a bit small, and you can fly off the map easily - work in progress. But now you can get some target practice with the hovertanks in this level.  And most buildings have a collision box. ;)
